I eat eggs almost every morning. I start my day with protein and eating breakfast kick-starts your metabolism. I have lost 30 pounds over the last 4 months and I know that this is part of the reason. Don't skip meals or healthy snacks - keep your metabolism and blood sugar even all day.

I take medication in the morning. It is best to do it with food in the stomach. I am a Type one diabetic. I try to vary my breakfast from oatmeal to toaster waffles to rye bread toast.

Bacon or sausage with fried eggs and coffee with heavy cream every morning. Dietary cholesterol and saturated fat being bad for health is a myth.

As I cannot drive my vehicle unless there is sufficient gas to propel it, I cannot successfully launch my day without breakfast. I need a good foundation on which to function as peak efficiency. I prefer the protein in eggs to other options

In the past never ate breakfast, now I only miss breakfast 1 or 2 a week at the most. Conclusion: Do much better with breakfast than without. Usually if is high protein I do much better through until lunch.

I was born and raised on a farm/ranch. Never skipped breakfast...not then and not now. I enjoy healthy organic eggs and no nitrate bacon on different days of the week. I eat well and haven't been a patient in a hospital, I'm on no medications, I spend quite a bit of money on organic veggies, meat, milk/goat milk. I cook from scratch. Never eat box meals. I use butter and lard. Food is the most important item that I purchase.
