Are GMO Foods Less Nutritious?

Connie Diekman, Registered Dietitian and past president of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, links up with Farrah Brown, a part-time nurse and full-time mom, to talk about whether GM foods are more or less nutritious than other foods.

Note: In 2015, the Food and Drug Administration approved genetically modified apples and potatoes, but these varieties won’t likely be commercially available until 2016. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency also approved genetically modified potatoes and Arctic apples.
