For four summers and thru October weekends while in college, I worked at a theme park as a host, a costumed character or stage manager. It was great experience to providing good customer service.

Flight – Not bird nor plane nor even frog…

What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to cook and we also have a pontoon boat on a nearby lake.
What are you most passionate about?
Food; either processing, safety or culinary, I find it all encompassing.
What are you currently working on?
I am teaching an online class in Statistical Process Control and we are also modifying one of our three culinary workshops that we do for the Research Chefs Association to put in candy and chocolate instead of charcuterie (sausage making).
